By Dave Reynolds, Inclusion

January 3, 2008
MADISON, WISCONSIN--Madison Police are
looking for a thief disguised as a Good Samaritan.
According to Wednesday's Madison State Journal, a man with cerebral palsy told police that his wheelchair got stuck in a snow bank on Christmas Eve. A woman came along and helped him get free.
Then she ordered him to pay up.
The man, who is in his 40s, said he felt threatened by the woman. So he went to a cash machine where she withdrew money from his bank account.
The man said he believed the woman targeted him because of his disability.
The woman was described as white, 5 feet 2 inches tall and thin, with short brown hair.
