RESTRAINTS & SECLUSION

Despite countless injuries and deaths from restraints, many facilities continue to justify using such measures on children and adults that have disabilities. And, even though human rights groups have condemned the use of seclusion, examples show up regularly of people with disabilities being secluded in schools, institutions, jails and other settings.
